Courses
PhysiCare’s Efficient Movement courses are designed to make a difference to the
employees’ future well being. With stricter legislation and substantial
increases in claims, no employer can afford to ignore the need for quality
manual handling training. Our Chartered Physiotherapists have studied all types
of moving and handling disciplines and have devised a range of Efficient
Movement Courses. All our courses cover the legislation, anatomy & mechanics of
injury, back care & exercises, risk assessment, principles of safe handling and
efficient movement. The practical manoeuvres are designed to suit the task that
each attendee undertakes on a day-to-day basis at their workplace. Interactive
