Our Chartered Physiotherapists have studied all types of moving and handling disciplines and have devised a range of Efficient Movement Courses. All our courses cover the legislation, anatomy & mechanics of injury, back care & exercises, risk assessment, principles of safe handling and efficient movement. The practical manoeuvres are designed to suit the task that each attendee undertakes on a day-to-day basis at their workplace. Interactive workshops are tailored to suit each organisation’s environment and on completion employees are fully conversant to apply the principles learned, independently and competently.
