Festival Business Centre is a two storey office building located in Brand Street within the Cessnock area of Glasgow, approximately 3.8 miles south west of Glasgow city centre. The Cessnock area benefits from excellent transport links via the M74 and M8.

Disabled parking is available in the building's designated car park and on Brand Street, there's ample free on-street parking.

We are located in Unit G5 on the ground floor and you can access us directly from the car park - we are the first unit on the right of the glazed apex entrance. If entering via the main reception, turn right at the desk, walk towards the car park doors, and go outside. We are the first unit on your left.

Building opening hours are:
Weekday: 7am – 9.15pm
Saturday: 9am – 4pm
Sunday Closed

Reception: Enter via car park rather than the main entrance. Festival Business Centre has a manned Reception desk (9am until 5pm weekdays) located just inside the main building, with a waiting area and public toilets along the corridor closest to PhysiCare's Unit. If you are very early for your physiotherapy appointment, please wait in the main building waiting area as patient treatment will likely be in progress, then go to our unit (G5) at your appointment time.

Public transport: Cessnock Subway Station is within 0.2 miles and Dumbreck train station is located approximately 0.8 miles away. Paisley Road West (under 5 min walk) is a major thoroughfare running through the south-west of the city and there are several key regional and local buses servicing the corridor.
